Visitor privacy

To understand which pages are used and where visits come from, Exccounting records page views, the page path, referring website hostname, browser user agent, and a random visitor ID stored in a one-year cookie. When you are signed in, these visits can also be associated with your account and company.

We record your IP address encrypted in our database and use the public IP address to estimate your country through the HTTPS service ipwho.is. This shares the public IP address with that provider. Country is an estimate, not a precise location; lookups may be unavailable. An IP-derived one-way hash is also stored. Only SuperAdmins can view visitor-level traffic records.

Traffic records are kept for up to 120 days when the scheduled cleanup runs. You can block the visitor cookie in your browser, but page views may still be counted.

If you have questions about your visitor data, contact the site administrator.
